Professional Quality Coloured Writing and Piping Gel jelly.
• Our product is thicker than most retail brands.
• Use straight from the pot or warm to around 40°C - 45°C for pouring on to flans, tarts etc.
• Resealable plastic pot - Pipe or Brush on to cake for cool effects
• Perfect for creating water - swimming pools, beer, bath, the sea etc.
• Pipe it through the Piping Bag or our Air operated Cake Deco Pen for Writing or Drawing free hand patterns.
• Use to stick Sugar paste to cake dummies
• BBE normally at least 2-3 months and often longer
• Ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Gelling agent E407, Acidity regulators E330, E270 & E325, preservative E202
• Uses plant gelling agent and not gelatine, so is suitable for vegetarians and all religious groups.
